Refund Policy 

Take a video of you opening your package! If your plant does not arrive alive, send me the video of you opening your package and pictures of the plant at philomaniaca@gmail.com and I can offer an appropriate refund!  

Shipping Policy 

Shipping is at the customers risk. As soon as the plant leaves my care I am not responsible for any damage that occurs during shipping due to unexpected delays, or other unforeseen circumstances . I always do my best to ensure that the plant is packaged in a way that reduces the likelihood of damage during transportation. 

Please let me know how your plant arrived. This helps me improve my shipping methods.
